Can I use a vista upgrade DVD that is "For ditribution only with a new 32-bit HP...

...or Compaq" to upgrade my PC? i obtained this DVD which has not been used from school, and I would like to upgrade if i can, but the disk says "For ditribution only with a new 32-bit HP or Compaq"..... obviously my computer isnt new, but it does not have any compatability problems (i ran the "Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor")
    my computer is costom built.

    a few specs on it...

XP service pack 2, version 2002
    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 processor
    3200+
2.01 Ghz. 2.00 GB of RAM

if you need more info just ask for it

    thanx

I don't think so,you'll never pass the genuine copy inspection and you don't have the product key, both are required
