I would like to record local TV news show in DVDs so I could send it to my husband abroad. Can I use a TV tuner and plug it directly to my PC and record? Would it be a cheaper alternative rather than buying a DVD recorder which is really expensive and difficult to find here in the Phils. Please help. Thanks.
