I am trying to loose 4" from my waist and hips in order to join the national guard. I have been on a 1200 cal diet and walking/running 3 miles a day for a little over a month and i've only lost 4lbs but I have lost 5" from my waist. I was told I need to start lifting weights. I can't afford a gym membership right now and was hoping someone would know of a weight training dvd I could do at home.

FACTS: 5'1", 171lbs, 34" waist and 44" hips.
