Which is the best exercise DVD out now?

I want something that works out the whole body, but maybe focuses more on stomach, bottom and legs. Any ideas? :P

    Kerry katona's one...
    LOL jk.

Um, i recommend not getting a DVD. If you want to get fit, go to a proper aerobics class (don't be shy) or purchase a manual elliptical cross trainer from Argos for around £100. I lost 4 stone because of that little machine. Just 30-60 mins a day!
Dvd's are a waste of time, usually made for some 'fit' person to gain some extra cash.

Otherwise, google 'plank exercise' for the stomach. You can do sit ups an crunches, but personally i find them impossible.

Bottom - the trainer sorts that. Likewise with legs. Its amazing
