Is there Any free DVD cutter software that works for windows ME? I have POWER DVD for my laptop which runs on windows ME, but I would like to cut and record certain scenes from DVDS so I can tupload them to youtube and such. SO does anyone have free software that works? Thank you...

Im using x-dvd-to-3gp-converter by Xilisoft. It converts DVD to any format (even for cell phone)and you can also cut its bit rate. More things it can do, heres the site:
