Why won't Divx work!!!!?

I've had my new macbook for a month but just decided to install the leopard software. But now divx won't work on it! Everytime i go to stagevu or ninjavideo it says i don't have divx installed. i tried uninstalling it and then deleting everything that says divx but still it won't work.
What can i do??

try downloading the new version. make sure its compatible with your version of the operating system
