What is the best portable video/ mp3 player that supports divx and ac3 formats?

Hi i am looking for a new portable video media player.
I am looking for something that isnt to heavy has decent battery life and most importantly plays divx and ac3 formats. (i'm getting sick and tired of converting everything into another format...)

Please let me know what your recommendations are.
