PLEASE HELP - I tried to download AVG/itunes/divx but they do not appear in folders
after download completed? I've tried to download AVG on my brand new laptop. Go to trusted site, click download and box appears to click run or save. Either option reults in the same - it fully downloads but nothing appears in the folder i've supposedly downloaded to. There is no prompt to install and nothing in the folder. The same happens when i've tried downloading itunes or divx. I imagine there's something on my settings that does not allow me to install software from the net but not sure. Please help! Many thanks!
