This is probably a stupid question...I'm very new at this. I have a video up, cut out parts I didn't want in there, but now I want to arrange some of the scenes and have no clue what to do. I've fiddled with every button I could find, even tried right-clicking and dragging, and it won't do anything but cut, not rearrange. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try VirtualDub. As long as the videos are encoded in divx/xvid you can arrange the scenes however you want and then join them all in one file.
