I have the Divx converter. i've used it to convert all films from their own files to divx. Its the drag and drop converter. However, today it accepts the file but 'encounters a problem and needs to close' before even attempting to convert. why now??
uninstalled, cleaned with registry cleaner, re-installed and it still 'encounters a problem'.
