After streaming Youtube or Divx my whole computer lags.?

I've downloaded Advanced System Care 6 Pro and use it quite frequently thinking it will solve all my problems, doesn't seem to be the case. I've also deleted GBs of downloads and programs and have 127 GBs free out of 684. Any ideas to why my computer might be lagging? I've done that windows task manager BS doesn't work.

Windows is the problem. It's bloated and slow. Maybe you have too many protection programs that make your computer lag. I would only use the free Avira anti virus and free malwarebytes thats it. They both work fast and dont use up much resources. I use Linux and it is 3 times faster and I have like 1000's of free programs installed. No protection is needed for linux as its a extremely secure OS. If your computer acts like this on streaming then foresure you don;t play video games. I have xbox 360 anyways and only play starcraft 2 on linux.
