...White Wines? If not, what would? I'm making a Recipe ( Poached Salmon with Green Peppercorn, Ginger, and Orange Sauce, www.epicurious.com) and it calls for 1 cup of a dry white wine. I have never really ever cooked with wine, so I don't know what's classified as a dry wine or not. Someone help me, please.
