When making shrimp pasta with creamy white wine sauce, when do I put the shrimp in?

They are already cooked, but frozen,do I heat them seperately, or add them to the sauce?

I'd let them thaw, then add them to the sauce just long enough to let them heat through.

simple answer,,,,,, you can fry them prior to putting them into the sauce but only for a moment on each side, then put them in, or you can cook them in the sauce, say for the last 3 minutes of the sauce bubbling, then the heat from the sauce will finish the job.

    good luck
