Chicken Wrap
1 Chicken breast (thawed)
2. Spices (whatever you like..Mrs.Dash, Basil, Oregano, grilling seasonings, etc)
3. Non-stick cooking spray
4. Veggies (whatever you have on hand)
5. Shredded cheese (optional)
6. Sour Cream (optional)
7. Soft tortilla shells

Chop up chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto skillet. Add chicken and spice. Saute until chicken is cooked. Add in veggie and mix until cooked (about 2-3 minutes, depending on veggies used). If excess liquid remains after cooking, drain into a colander, then place back into the skillet.

Grab a tortilla shell and put chicken/veggie mixture on it. Top it off with some shredded cheese and sour cream inside as well. Roll up and enjoy. For leftovers, just zap everything in the microwave until mixture is heated (about 1 minute).

Enjoy!

I ate the most interesting thing the other day. I had my reservations, it just sounded weird. Very weird. But I'll be damned if it wasn't really good. Cook a box of thin spaghetti and drain. Heat a can of no beans chili in a bowl in the microwave. Put pasta in a bowl and (no joke) spoon hot chili on top. Top with shredded chedder.
That's it.
I had it at Bob's Big Boy, a friend had to talk me into it, but it was actually really good. And would be so cheap to make at home.

Its not asian buuuuuuuut... there is taco salad! What you do is take some hamburger and cook it up. Make sure you put taco seasoning with it. Then, take the lettuce and put in the sufficient amount you want in a big bowl. Chop up some avocado, tomato, green onion, olives, black beans, and cheese. Add meat. After that, you take dorito cheddar cheese chips, minorly crumble them up (not too much) and add them to your mix. Then finally, you take ranch dressing and sour cream add them and mix. You have your taco salad!!! Enjoy! You'lll love it!

Rice, spaghetti, mac and cheese. Basically ANY noodles. Just get rice or noodles, boil, add soy and warmed precooked chopped chicken and vwalah!

Also, grilled cheese or any other sandwiches.

stir fry is super simple! Most of the time is in prep work like chopping veggies. I cut down on this time by purchasing pre-cut veggies, or frozen pre-cut veggies. They sell tons of veggie blends in the grocery now. You put a Tbsp. veggie oil in skillet or wok, and some tiny chopped up pieces of garlic. Heat it until you can smell the garlic cooking, and then add some chopped meat like pork or chicken breasts, and soy sauce, or a little black bean garlic paste(sold on the same aisle). cook on high, stirring constantly until golden. Then, add the veggies and toss them until crisp-tender. Sometimes I just add a little more soy at this point, but I have started using a stir-fry sauce from a bottle lately, or more black bean garlic paste! Once it is cooked, you serve it over white rice!
