Tommorow I'm grocery shopping and starting a new diet to stick to and I'm trying to figure out what kind of foods to buy to lose 50 pounds (hoping to have 25 of it gone by September). I HATE cheese and tuna but other than that I'm down for anything like fruit, veggies, sandwich meats etc. I drink water and iced tea only. I am never awake for breakfast time so lunch and dinner foods are the best advice for me...thanks
