What should I cook for a dinner/movie date?

first off: I'm a pretty decent cook.
He doesn't have anything he really dislikes, except any kid of horseradish and blue cheese (but I love those flavors). Should I make:
    1. Steak. The old stand by. Blah.
    2. Chicken tandoori and naan.

    3. Spicy fish tacos.
    Or something else?
