Thread: What kind of side dish can I bring?

I am attending my office party tomorrow. The main dish is enchildas, I need to bring a side dish. Can't think of anything. Spanish rice is already being brought.....What else can I bring???

Maybe a layered dish with refried beans, tomatoes, onions, black olives, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream. Don't forget the tortillas.

Why don't you just bring some chips and dip. Tortilla chips and cheese and salsa dips.

Bring some corn chips or salsa. Or if you want to, make some caesadeas (is that how you spell it?) and then chop them up up into thin slices.
