What do people in the UK eat instead of Pop Tarts?

I've been writing again, and this time it's based in the UK [England and Scotland, to be exact]. My friend was reading it over for me. There's a part where one person is eating a Pop Tart for a quick, sugary breakfast. She said she didn't think Pop Tarts were sold in the UK. I did some research and it seems she's right.

So now--what can I substitute a Pop Tart with? I'd like something sugary and easy to grab in a hurry, but whatever anyone can think of is fine!
