Okay I'm a vegetarian, and I want to cut carbs out of my diet completely, however I find that the only foods I eat consist of carbs, thats an issue for me lol.. I am puzzled about what are carb foods and what I'm going to substitute my meals with if I do cut out carbs? I feel I need to cut carbs out due to the fact that I think thats why I weigh what I do.. I don't eat junk food and I am a calorie freak, I watch my calories all the time, I never go passed 1000 calories a day, so I'm trying this carb diet thing. If there is anyone that could give me advise, or if anyone has any input on this it would be greatly appreciated! Thank You very very much!!!
