Is there a substitute for white wine vinegar?

I'm trying a new recipe for Chicken Piccata and it calls for White Wine Vinegar. I only have Balsamic Vinegar, Raspberry Vinegar and Dry White Cooking Wine. I was trying to avoid going to the store. Below is the recipe I'll be trying. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
4 lg. halved chicken breasts, about 2 lb.
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp. oil
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 tbsp. capers, drained

    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 thin slices lemon for garnish
4 this slices lime for garnish

any vinegar that is neutral like cider vinegar or rice vinegar. Balsamic will work, but its sweeter and it will turn your sauce a slightly different shade.

in that recipe your dry white cooking wine would be a great substitute....you are trying to balance the acid of the lemon juice with the vinegar, and the white wine will accomplish the very same goal for you, use a third cup though...that should work well.
