I'm sure nobody can get that for me.. but if you've ever had a Mellow Mushroom pizza.. they have the best dough EVER! I was just wondering how I could reproduce that. It's dense, full of nice big air pockets, extremely chewy, and just amazing. I have a baking stone so that is taken care of... but I just need to know how to make that great dark spring water dough.

Ideas?
