PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO COOK, PLEASE ANSWER: Does this recipe sound alright?

I just got my own place for college...the problem is I keep forgetting how little spices/cooking supplies I have (I'm poor so I didn't buy all at once...and I use around 50 different spices and lots of weird equipment:/)
Anyways, I had leftover chicken bones and decided to make my own broth for chicken soup....but forgot I'm missing the seasonings I usually use...so this is my recipe...Does it sound alright?:
*Egg noodles
*Chicken breast(of course)
*Italian Seasoning (I've never used a premixed spice except for like Garam Masala but my mom said it is good)
*Peppercorn medley
*a dash of salt
*thick carrot slices, red/white potato (large chunks), onion, and celery
*Chicken broth (and the stuff I'm making from the bones) and water with chicken bouillon cubes.
Please let me know. I was thinking of buying some lemon and rosemary tomorrow to let sit in it until after classes.
Thank you for your time! I really really appreciate it!
ps: I don't measure out tablespoons etc since I don't really use recipes anymore...so this is all about the ingredients.

I wouldn't eat it ( because I'm a vegetarian) but I am a cook & I know how different flavours blend together & I would say that it will probably turn out pretty well. Good luck. =]
