well i want to start being vegetarian cause i saw how cruel ppl r with animals and i really felt bad soo if i could have some ideas of what vegetarian/vegan ppl eat to substitute meat and get the same proteins it would be nice

go ahead and eat meat, its good and people have ate it for ages. It doesn't matter how the animals were killed there just animals anyways. We should all be more concerned on how bad people in Africa are being treated because they are not animals they are human.
