I cooked spinach yesterday, put it in the fridge, took it out earlier and left it in the counter for like 6-7 hours. I ate like a spoonful before deciding it wasn't worth it. Do you think one spoonful is enough to possibly get a stomach bug?

No way, it's just a vegetable. It's not like it was creamed spinach or anything. Room temp food can be left out for 4 hours before bacteria develops, so if you had it in the fridge already, it will warm up at a slower rate. You'll be fine.
Should be fine. Unless it had other ingredients in it.
