If cookies are put in ziploc bags, will they go stale?
I need to make cookies tomorrow for my friends and hand them out on Wednesday. If I make them and then seal them in a ziploc bag, will they be fine?

I don't want to freeze them.

not if the ziploc bag is sealed tight.

try to squeeze out any air from the bag before you seal it and I think they will be fine. especially if they are crispier kinds of cookies to begin with.

They should be fine... if you want to be extra sure, put em into the fridge till then.
