i have Remy Martin XO Special cognac - I dont drink, Can I sell them or do I...

...have to give away? Ive kept 11 bottles of 375 ML remy martin XO special addition.
But I dont drink the stuff.
I collected them in Vegas one week when all things were comped.

Now, 10 years later, I stumbled upon them.

DO I need a liquour license to get rid of them?
i dont know if I can seel them on ebay, or to a wine distributor.

750 ML goes for close to $140, I have smaller bottles you cant even find anymore.

Anyone know what laws are about this?
