Alrighty. Here's the questions:

1) What can I substitute for the Lipton dry soup mix packet? I looked up the ingredients and it's nasty.

2) I have never seen a CAN of beef broth. I always buy them in cartons. How much of a carton will I need for this recipe?

3) I have always cooked pot roast on LOW for 6-8 hours and it comes out tender. This recipie says cook on HIGH. Is this correct?
