i accidentally left my soda (Coca-cola) on the freezer for an evening. why does...
...the taste change? i know its because it turned into an ice & when i open it it burst. does anyone know the scientific/molecular explanation regarding the effect of freezing to its content/ingredients?

& does anyone know how to restore the taste? im just so curious about this thing.
