Thread: How long to cook tbone steak in oven for medium well?

I already plan on searing both sides in a hot pan with olive oil just need to kno how long I should leave it in the oven after

You don't say how thick it is and cooking a t-bone that well is a shame but in a 450 degree oven in the same hot pan, about 6 minutes.

It depends on how thick it is.

a regular t bone steak in the broil will tack 31/2 minutest each sid in the oven in the house will tack 3 minuets each sid in 450* in preheat oven 12 to 16 ounces
