It's a cinch: substitute up to 1/2 the all purpose or self rising flour in a pizza dough recipe for whole wheat flour. It may need a spritz more water!
Let it rise, and it will be a yummy thing. I recommend making a mild pizza sauce (or just use high quality tomato paste), and then loading up with peppers, anchovies, clams, capers, and spinach. That's an amzaing pizza!
