How do make clear and shining wine? All of wines i've made are blurry?
Hi folks, i made wine a couple of times at home. But it didn't work out, i mean it doesn't taste good, it's not tasty. Besides it's blurry and when i make apple's wine, it's so blurry i can't even look at the other side of the glass. I don't want that kinda of wine, i remember a friend of mine made wine at home and they were so clean and clear and shiny. So what do i gotta do?
By the way i use Bread Yeast on them, like 1 or 2 grams in 1.5 liter. Is that allright, let me know. And tell me how long does it take to make wine. Thanks a billion.
