HELP...should i have waited to drink it?
my mom had bought an 8 pack case of ENSURE..the strawberry flavor...it taste really good...lol. but anyways i had ate some fried chicken and some other food...and wanted to drink a bottle of ensure. she told me to wait. she said the best time to drink it is in the morning when you have nothing in your stomache. ....but i didnt listen to her and drank it anyway...about 3 hours ago and now i feel sick....i dont want to "throw up" but i can feel it not "setttling".....yuck...(disgusting) ha..... this isnt even a question..i just wanted to share my foolishness..lol.=(
