My 14 year old son has recently decided to become a vegetarian. He has quit eating meat or fish. He says he has wanted to become a vegetarian for a while because the thought of eating other animals is "disgusting and cannibalism" and whenever meat is anywhere near him he asks to be excused from the table because, according to him, the impact of the meat on his senses completely grosses him out. If I do decide to stop resisting his choice [not that its working anyway, he is REALLY determined to stay with his new diet], what should I go out and buy for him to eat? Its hard to cook for him because our family mainly eats meat and he totally refuses it. If he's not going to eat meat, then what do I cook for him? What do I pack for lunch for him?
