So im just gonna leave the scallion onions plain and not baked...
Ive heard u leave them in water..For how long though??
And also what do you cut off? the white part??? please help asap

Why are you cooking your scallions- are they part of a recipe- I like them raw- and you eat it all except the very tip- cut the root part off.
