I've been sick for a while so I haven't been working out. However, when I was working out, I had the same food every day for lunch dinner and I was being bored. So can anyone tell me items to buy?

These are things that I have and ate often:
Eggs
Whole Wheat and Multi Grain Pasta(which is better by the way?)
Skinless Chicken Breast
Whole Wheat and Multi Grain Bread (usually with peanut butter. Which kind of peanut butter is healthy?)
Nuts like almonds and such

Salad with italina dressing

Anyway, eating thoses every day got to me so when I workout again, I don't want to tgo through that again. Any healthy foods I should add? Or recipes I can do to mix things up? Normally it was just egg whites for breakfast with toast and peanutbutter. Lunch was pasta with the chicken, or chicken with the salad. And dinner was what I didn't have for lunch.
