I've been making chicken smashed thinly then covered in shwarma spices, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper and chargrilled until really charred. I then chargrill slices of aubergine, courgette and green peppers. I get an Arab flatbread, smear it with homemade houmus, put on the veg, chicken, a lot of coriander, raw thinly sliced onion, sliced deseeded tomatoes, sliced black olives, yoghurt flavoured with garlic, various lettuces, wrap it up then chargrill it to get the bread hot and toasty. Is this a good recipe?
