Flapjack ingredients?

I need help making flapjacks. The ingredients from a website are:

100g/3½oz unsalted butter, melted
50g/1¾oz caster sugar
50ml/2fl oz clear honey
200g/7oz porridge oats

How many table spoons are each of these.

Plus, anything else I should add to make them taste yummy?
