Does anyone know of a recipe for peanut butter cake (and jelly/jam) cake?
I want to bake a cake that's made with peanut butter, with jam and peanut butter in the middle.
I can't really find any good ones that are in English measurements.
I thought using peanut butter and jam may be too sticky in the middle, so maybe some way to make the Peanut Butter less claggy would be great. ( maybe made into a filling) ???
I know it's loads to ask but if you know of anything remotely like it please let me know.
