Does anyone have a dipping sauce recipe for Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls?
The Rolls are also known as Vietnamese Spring Rolls (and even Summer Rolls) in Australia. I have been looking for the rich brown sauce that is usually served with them. If not commercially available what are the ingredients?
