PS i am reposting because there are probaly ppl out there tryna sell sh*tty diet pills that dont work or not giving me a real answer. and sorry for not puttin it in the right category.. i keep on gettin advertisements.
not to be rude but the question says, good work out or no, say yes it is or no it isnt and u can add on any suggestions.. .. thanks! =)
well i am 18, 5 feet . ( i know.. lol) i am around 110 lbs.
i have fat on my bellly i look like im 4 months pregnant or something lol. my arms are a tad big and i wanna lose my double chin.
this is my diet plan for the next 1-2 months
i dont have work for a while til maybee november. so i guess i wanted to lose weight in the mean time. (in school)
wake up around 10-11am.
eat a bowl of cereal
walk 1 min/ sprint-run 2 mins/ jog 1 min__ for 40 minutes.
when i get home i will do ab crunches/obliques for 20-30 mins?
shower..
through out the day ill eat fruits
and at 6pm ill eat a normal meal so i can get enough of everything (but not too fatty of fooods)
drink tea and or lots of water which ever i prefer that day.
and run&walk on the treadmill for 30 mins.
and im not going to eat affter 6pm.
sleep and same routine again. ill be doing this monday through friday.
saturday and sunday ill just watch on what i eat and just relax myself
OH and another question, can i do 8 mins abs too ? like do cardio during the day 8 mins ab at night ? or will i just look bigger? =T
sound like a good plan ?
anything u might want to add or take out?
any suggestions?
