    Diane steak for cooking?

    Am trying to cook Diane steak but I dont seems to get any sirloin steak can I use other parts for substitution ?

    Yes, you can use any good steak you want for Steak Diane. Porterhouse, T-bone, rib eye or even filet mignon can be given the treatment that makes it Steak Diane.

    Fillet steak is used for Steak Diane,not sirloin.
