Counter/table top electric chilling pad for food?

Hello all: I'm looking for a cooling version of your standard electric heating pad. I have some food I want to keep cold (like really cold, almost frozen) yet that needs to be outside. I want to put it on top of a table, so I want to have some kind of flat pad that I can plug in and that will stay very, very cold and then keep whatever on top of it is cold. I don't want to use ice since this needs to be cold for several hours and I don't want to have to worry about melting. I am having a really difficult time finding such a thing---can anyone recommend any stores or where I could buy one? Thanks!
