Corban make OK wines. The kind of stuff you'd drink with meals on a daily basis, and can also be brought to parties and dinner invites no problem. $9 sounds about right.

They are one of the largest wine producers there. And like all wine makers, I'm sure they have some good, some fair, some outstanding wines, etc. If it is a 1995 and it aged well, it probably is great now! Best way to find out.... pop that cork!
