    Cooking question-How many cups would this be?

    How many cups would 3-4 smashed up banana's be? Thanks.

    Trying to make banana bread.

    Probably about 2-3 cups. Just mash and measure as you go.

    About 3 cups. It doesn't matter. Just mash 3 bananas if you want less banana flavor or mash 4 bananas if you want more. No big deal. I make banana bread all the time, and I usually add 3 medium-sized bananas. Every now and then, I add 4.

    1)smash banana
    2)put banana in 1 cup measuring cup

    3)repeat as necessary

    I don't know, but start packing smashed bananas into a measuring cup until you have the desired amount.
