I make my own sausage rolls with homemade flaky pastry and sausage filling - I need to cook a batch for a party on Saturday and want to prepare ahead.

Normally, I would make the rolls up and freeze uncooked to be cooked from frozen at a later point, BUT my sausagemeat has been previously frozen so this would not be safe.

Has anyone frozed cooked sausage rolls then re-heated in the oven once thawed?? Have they retained their flaky crispiness?

I can't find anything on google so previous experience please!
