I'm debating on why the US should make a law saying that they can only make chocolate with the best ingredients (unlike Hershey's and their vegetable oil.) European chocolate is the best because their chocolate actually tastes like REAL chocolate! So i need to know everything about U.S. chocolate, and how much of junk they put in.

About how much wax is put into a chocolate candy bar? or at least how much in a batch? any help with that would be great!
