After discovering the benefits of epsom salt I'm wondering if there is a recipe for a body cream or lotion with epsom salt in it. I don't always have time for a good soak in the tub and with a lotion I could still get the benefits of epsom salt without having to soak. Does anyone have or recipe they use or know of a site?
