Thread: Why do gays not accept the vote as the choice of the people?

If the people in this state have voted on the president and accepted the result and also voted on gay marriage and made there choice .

Why can't the gays respect the vote of the people

Just because we're the minority does not mean we shouldn't be entitled to the same thing everyone else is. I'm getting so sick of straight people going on and on about this... we just want equal right because we're exactly the same as you, we just have different preferences.

I'm sorry, but why should we stop fighting for what we deserve?
Would you, if your right to love someone was taken from you? We got past racism for the most part, we'll get over homophobia too if we just fight for what we want and DESERVE.

Because it is not fair for the majority to tell a minority that they do not deserve the same rights.
