My best friend DID tell me he was gay, and I said, "Ok." He's still my best friend, andI didn't do anything.

It would be the same. I wouldn't do anything. They're still the same person as before. They were gay/lesbian before they told me so nothing changes. I wouldn't look at them differently at all.
