Thread: What would you do if sodomy (aka gay sex) became illegal again?

While there was a recent Supreme Court hearing overturning a law in Texas, many justices are about to be replaced due to old age. Should an opportune conservative administration get its pick on who will replace them, old rulings can be overturned.

If another court case appears, and anti-sodomy laws become constitutional again, and these anti-sodomy laws pass a conservative controlled legislature and executive branch, what would you do? Would you become abstinent in order to obey the law, or would you not be abstinent knowing that if you are caught you could spend time in jail (even if you were only having sex with your partner of x number of years in the privacy of your own bedroom)?

Hold a protest with a bunch naked gay people kissing and touching each other at the white house. Nothing to graphic though.
